Shipping Agreement and Terms:

 

BackWoodz will not be responsible for any USPS claims, postal delays or lost and stolen packages. Fulfillment times are generally 1-2 business days for all US orders and 2-3 business days for all International orders. International orders are accepted at your own risk. ShipTection shipping protection is available at checkout. Unfortunately, packages are unable to be located by BackWoodz once leaving the United States. 

All sales are final. We are responsible for your package until it reaches the United States Post Office or UPS Store. We are not responsible for any customer errors on the shipping forms, shipping delays, forwarding services, post-delivery theft. missing orders marked "delivered" by the shipping provider or lost/stolen packages. In the case that your shipment is lost or damaged in transit, Domestic Ground Advantage and Priority shipments are insured for up to $100. USPS claims may be filed by the customer at their local USPS location or via the USPS website. 

International orders are accepted at your own risk. We are are now able to take International orders using USPS shipping only. It offers the best layer of protection on overseas shipments. BackWoodz will NOT be held accountable for International shipments being seized by customs or any order lost after leaving the United States. BackWoodz is not responsible for other countries' taxes and VAT tariffs due on delivery. These products are legal in the United States, but the customer (and all consumers) will remain liable in abiding to the laws in their country on CBD, Hemp, and Cannabis.

Shipping times at checkout are an estimate from the shipping provider selected, not BackWoodz LLC. Refunds will not be issued on shipping for delivery dates outside their estimated window.

In no event shall BackWoodz LLC., nor any of its employees, be liable to you for anything out of or in any way connected with your use of this Website, whether such liability is under contract or otherwise, and BackWoodz LLC., including its employees shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or  liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this Website. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions and placing an order with us, you are indicating that you understand that failing a drug test is a possibility when using hemp products, and that you waive the right to make a claim against BackWoodz LLC, for any matters related to any drug test or the results of any drug test, including the loss of employment or any employment opportunity or the imposition of a civil or criminal penalty
